About the Filmmakers.

Ty Clark has been creating for 38 years traveling the globe across the entire USA to Rwanda, Uganda, Kenya, Romania, Paris, Mexico, Thailand, Japan and his former home for a moment, China. He is an artist, writer, philanthropist, fashion designer and social entrepreneur.

As a Marketing Director/Business Owner his own brands and represented brands have been featured in Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Huffington Post, MTV, Wired, Tech Crunch, Engadget, Gizmodo, ABC News, Discovery, Transworld Media, E-News, Just Jared, Bloomberg Business Week and other media sources.

Ty is currently the Director of Marketing and Giving for Kammok (Certified B Corp) an outdoor adventure brand. He took the brands launch to the top 10 most funded projects in Kickstarter History at the time ( 2011).


His Fashion Brand “Veritas Fashion” was worn by A-List celebrities (cast members of Gossip Girl and Friday Night Lights), musicians (from Polica to Young The Giant) and visual artists around the globe. Veritas also featured an Artist Collective made up of emerging artists of multiple genres from around the world and supported humanitarian efforts through 20% of the brands profits. 

Ty is also a showing Visual Artist under the name SAMO4PREZ. As samo4prez he has shown in over 15 states across the US and is a member of 5D Artists Group and The Veritas Artist Collective. He is the nephew of world renowned sculptor and raku artist Conway “Jiggs” Pierson and studied under American sculptor William Catling while attending Azusa Pacific University’s School of Fine Arts. He has had the opportunity to show are for the Bill and Melinda Gate Foundation, The UN Foundation, Tribeca Film, TOMS Shoes, Facebook, Tumblr, US AID, CTC International, Falling Whistles, Invisible Children and other organizations.


In 2010 Ty was named to the Catalyst Young Influencers list that recognized Americas Brightest Young Leaders which includes Blake MyCoskie, Jack Dorsey, Jason Russell, Scott Harrison, Aaron Cohen, Kyle Korver, Tyler Merrick, Jonathan Olinger, Kohl Crecelius, Seryn and others. 

Ty has lived, worked and served in numerous humanitarian projects in the last 17 years in 9 different countries, writes for the news engine HyperVocal with his column "Engaging Culture" and was a contributing author to the book "Create Culture: Thoughts on Branding for Humans".

Kristopher Rutherford has been telling stories since he could climb the swing set in his backyard that was often referred to as the pirate ship or Captain Nemo’s submarine. His everyday surroundings became a place for story and adventure.



He has been telling stories through a camera professionally for 10 years.  From climbing mountains in Haiti, chasing down lions in Africa to witnessing life in the slums of Cambodia.  Story is Kristopher’s passion and it has taken him multiple cultures around the globe where he has been able to bring powerful stories from real life to the screen.



As a cameraman and filmmaker he has had the opportunities to shoot for a wide variety of businesses, non-profit organizations and creative projects including; Google, Verizon, Sony, Live Nation, ESPN, Volkswagen and a large number of Billboards top 100 Musical Acts. (Cold War Kids, Leagues, Ambassadors, Wake Owl, On and On, Ivan & Alyosha, The 1975, Kodaline and others)



Calling Austin, TX home Kristopher lives a life that stands up to his personal mantra that imagination is everything by using the lens to tell stories of hope. 

Kristopher says “I don't know much in this world, but I know the lens is my tool to help bring art.”
